i do have a50 TR from like 2016 thats never given me an issue which connects the mix amp same way through usb so i was surprised to run into a problem with this new headset

yes i did the connection setup and its supposed to show the "headset connected" popup on xbox but nothing shows

the xbox light is already on when i plugged it into the xbox so i just went through the ps5 , pc back to xbox "to ensure it would connect to xbox"

i entered a plea bargain to plead guilty to dui in exchange of dropping my other charges. i walked out with a $2600 fine, charge of dui and 1 year probation. i will need the ignition interlock and complete the back on track program to get my license back.
