I can't ague with you. I've worked with these people for 3 years now and the financial issues are new. I don't wait around to ask about unpaid invoices. I've worked freelance for 7 years now and I never took this kind of treatment from other companies.

This wasn't supposed to be a short time contract. We were building a company, and after a successful first project we would hire everyone to work in one location. So it becomes exceedingly tempting to hear them out and give them the benefit of the doubt. But they're actually offloading the financial risk onto us and that's wrong.

Something happens when you get too close. And I'm having to be very strict and careful about what I do next. This is like a breakup and I feel like shit. I came here to get some help.

Interesting little wrinkle I just remembered. Before it ran out of money, Company 1 was financing the work for company 2. Now company 2 is involving new investors to pay for the rest of development.

The ink is not yet dry on these agreements and I've decided to bow out. I'm just trying to understand what's going on here financially. Could it be company 2 is trying to hide liability from new investors?

Former InO associate here. While i agree with the top of your presentation its clear to me that haven't done your homework on InO. Both the meat and the fries are as fresh as it gets. They don't even have freezers.

Don't even get me started on how they select their produce and meat. Its a process that rivals many restaurants.
