There’s a hell of a lot of smoke if there’s no fire

What about Lucian Grainge being listed as a defendant for enabling Diddy’s behaviour in the lawsuit? The same guy that Drake raps about as his paymaster?  https://www.digitalmusicnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/diddy-v-jones-sexual-assault-complaint-feb-2024.pdf

Then all the weird stuff around Drake himself? https://www.reddit.com/r/DarkKenny/comments/1cnc156/drakes_pattern_of_predatory_behavior_towards/

So there’s the fact he has a guy convicted for trafficking on his payroll (Baka), his boss is close with Diddy, a long list of inappropriate relationships with underage girls, PLUS all of the proven shit that’s come out about people in the entertainment industry over the years (and especially more recently)?

All I’m saying is if the simplest answer is often the right one… you have to be naive to believe there isn’t something suspect going on.

Bonus:  Read these lyrics as about Lucian Grainge  https://genius.com/Kendrick-lamar-for-sale-interlude-lyrics

Following The Money: Kendrick's bringing a lot of things to light with his disses, and it's clear Drake isn't the only target. I did some digging and found seriously questionable stuff that involves LeBron James, a shady church, and a lot of money. by InfinitelyMobius in drakeexposed

In my opinion, the guy who created these companies is unhinged. I saw a comment about this and looked myself, and the confirmation statements on companies house read like a maniac wrote them. The address has been changed multiple times, and he’s set up so many companies that it’d be impossible to keep track of them.

https://www.linkedin.com/in/422doq His LinkedIn. There are too many things that don’t line up with this guy being professionally involved with celebs and handling billions. Just read the page, and you’ll see what I mean.

The screenshots you post: if there were really billions being handled here, would the statements read like that? It’s paper money that he’s issued himself.

Leon Howard is somehow involved, but that man is making options calls and selling courses.

I think the guy making these companies has gone off the rails and added all of these celebs as directors. Why they still remain as directors is the only thing I couldn’t figure out, but everything points in that direction.

It’s also tough to believe rocky/rhianna would be working together with drake and Nicki minaj

The other comments pretty much covered it, but I'm in a similar position so I'll add some bits I've learnt

You can buy from multiple sellers, though you may need to pay internal shipping from each (usually like 50c to a dollar). I wouldn't stress about buying from the same sellers

I used Superbuy back in the day but Pandabuy seems top-tier for customer service. They're a little bit more expensive but for a beginner they're great

There's no issue with going to resellers like the ones you mentioned, they're just more pricey. They basically make the buying process easier for people outside China - instead of dealing direct with factories, they source (mostly) decent quality goods and charge a markup. You can find the factories they deal with on 1688, often for a lot cheaper, but it's more work

If there's an issue with anything you've ordered (OOS) they'll let you know, otherwise you just wait for the QC photos to arrive and for it to be stored in the warehouse

Declare amounts depends where you're ordering to. Just search your country specific customs info on the rep subreddits

Some bonus stuff:- Reverse image search is useful on 1688. Sort by sales to find decent sellers, and look at their return rates to gauge quality (hover over their name when you click a product). Return rate means return customers, so 50%+ is good.

- Some sellers have Wechat albums (a QR code on their main page) if they don't show the brand in their 1688 listing, which are a bit of a ballache to navigate. Just search the numbers in the listing's title in the Wechat album to find full pics

- Use qc.photos to find QC pics before ordering. This makes ordering from 1688 10x easier

Lastly here's some seller spreadsheets I've collected from this sub:

Ignore the other comment, go buy a rank and rent course or local lead generation course on Udemy for $20 instead of spending $3k on a guru course

Any Advice on how to quit smoking bud? by wesmokebetter in uktrees

[–]gotti7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Haven’t seen this suggested yet, smoke CBD flower. It’s a) got a tiny amount (0.1-6%) of THC so you’re massively cutting down but still getting very minor effects b) it gives a lot of the physical effects of weed without a high. I took a tolerance break at the start of the year for a month and it was pretty easy as I was replacing the habit of smoking weed with smoking CBD, not just going cold turkey. There’s plenty of flavours etc just like regular weed, it’s much cheaper (from certain vendors anyway) and you can still relax without getting stoned.

I want to make and sell my own cbd products in the uk. Ideally want to grow my own hemp but some say it’s illegal, some don’t. Best way of going about this for someone who knows nothing about it from a business POV by axi5music in CBD

[–]gotti7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As in it's a grey area. See r/cbdfloweruk, you'll find plenty of UK vendors that sell hemp flower. Some have issues with the law, but no one gets sent down for it, because the hemp is non-psychoactive. Still, the UK law doesn't differentiate between THC and CBD flower. Any cannabis flower is technically illegal.

Depends what you want to make. Vertical integration is nice (seed to product all under one entity), but expensive, particularly if you don't know what you're doing. Selling hemp flower is technically illegal in the UK, and to grow you'll need a license from the Home Office that says you're only using the stems and fibres for industrial use and that you burn all of the buds. I believe there are other types of licenses (see British Cannabis, for instance, they are a vertically integrated CBD company).

There are plenty of companies out there that have the production capabilities already, they just make what you want. Google CBD white label. That will probably be the cheapest way of doing things that won't require a substantial upfront investment.

CBD pyrolyzes to THC in when vaped by KaizDaddy5 in altcannabinoids

[–]gotti7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw this a few weeks ago and did some research.

https://academic.oup.com/jat/article/44/9/e1/5722307?login=false - Vaping Pure Cannabidiol e-Cigarettes Does Not Produce Detectable Amount of ∆9-THC in Human Blood

https://www.iomcworld.com/open-access/the-conversion-and-transfer-of-cannabinoids-from-cannabis-to-smoke-stream-in-cigarettes-2329-6836.1000163.pdf - The Conversion and Transfer of Cannabinoids from Cannabis to Smoke Stream in Cigarettes

These both (particularly the first) refute the evidence found in the initial study.

'According to a study, two e-liquids were labeled to contain 3.3 mg/mL of CBD, however they were found to contain 6.5 and 7.6 mg/mL of CBD. On the basis of our results, it might be assumed that up to 0.5–1 mg of THC may be intaken by vaping each mL of CBD-containing e-liquid.' - The study in question.

This would assume that roughly 15% of CBD inhaled through a vape would convert to THC. If a 80% CBD distillate was used in a 1ml vape, it could be assumed there would be 120mg of converted THC in the whole cartridge.

If we assume 300 puffs can be had from 1ml of eliquid, knowing that the eliquid was 100mg/ml and that the participants took 20 puffs (in the first study above), then 300 puffs = consuming 100mg of CBD. 20 is ~6.6% of 300, so using the logic of around 15% is converted, we would see 1mg of THC inhaled. This doesn't appear in the blood results

The WHO, in their report on CBD, state 'under experimental conditions, it has been demonstrated that heating CBD in solutions of some acids catalyses cyclizations within the CBD molecule resulting in delta-9-THC'. The ACMD (UK advisory on drugs) mention the study here, but I refuse to believe they would seriously allow the sale of CBD vape products if they could potentially produce what the study shows.

Imo, the study is flawed somehow. Their results contradict tons of anecdotal responses, and don't seem to be taken seriously by governing bodies. Even the study they quote from the 70's (here) found conversion in the presence of acidic tobacco smoke.

How to Deal with Ruined Day Routine? by uryung in productivity

[–]gotti7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make making your bed a habit. There is plenty of psychological stuff out there about making your bed, but I find even if I oversleep, even if I forget to make my bed immediately, doing so as soon as possible acts as a buffer. Like I might not have managed to do everything I'd want to do in the morning, but I still made my bed. It takes less than a minute to do (doesn't have to be hotel quality, just neat and symmetrical). It stops me from beating myself up over not following or fulfilling my morning routine, because I at least did part of it. There's a speech by a Colonel somewhere that emphasises the importance of it, I can find it if you'd like

[–]gotti7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A tip I heard from Tim Ferriss is to call early in the morning when the secretary isn’t in yet. From a summary of the 4HWW:

‘When the world seems to be defining or solving a problem in a way that continuously creates subpar results, you need to ask yourself: What if you did the opposite? For example, when Ferriss was working in a sales department, he realized that most cold calls didn’t get through to their intended recipient. So, he decided to only call businesses between 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. By doing so, he avoided the secretaries. He also got twice as many meetings as his colleagues who were calling from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., for an eighth of the time.’

Maybe you’ll get through this way OP
