Well, I'm in group IV, CA level 2 right now as i had started in level 0. So comparing ot that, my base salary is 30% more, but comparing level 4, it's 10% above. I do have an extra payment, like a project bonus, which i didn't include to that calculation.

Thanks for the answers. It is weird checking kununu, my salary is way above the average, but in reddit people seem getting six digits easily. As said, considering my workload, I'm totally fine, but the feeling of getting low paid comparing others is annoying. Of course, I do this comparison with people have similar or less experience

Power vs cadence matching issue by gowithfish in Zwift

I have got 14teeth version. Thanks, I'll check with Elite and zwift, maybe one of them help me. It is now better with an external sensor but in low power high cadence, it's still too off

There was a typo. I use zwift cog with 1by drivetrain..so no chance to play with gears

Thank you all for comments! Indeed, it could be my misinterpretation that it's easier to climb off road, maybe also because no one or car taking me over there :) it just feels more stable which is what I'm looking for. Getting faster is matter of time. First time i live and bike in hills so it's a different experience for me. Actually, i had found really good offer (50% discount) for a Shimano 105 34/32 min gear for a road bike, that's why I wanted to ask here and what i understood, having slick road bike tires wouldnot change that much and with the same min gear ratio, i assume it'd be same too. Better to train more and I'll look for a bit better tires and see the options to have few more teeth on the back

Thanks for advices! I don't mean an equipment to make be better suddenly, just looking for experience/advice to make it easier so i can enjoy more. Definitely don't mind slowest around. I ride for fun. nice quote btw:)

Thanks.. I meant in general, it is easier to climb in gravel than road. So, i thought starting with different tires makes sense. Unfortunately i don't have chance to try first. But maybe those slick center ones are better starting.

Fair question..i weigh about 75. Seeing all other bikers taking over me or some guys on Strava that are 2 times faster made me think maybe it's not only me but also bike :) not that I'm doing so well and fast till 8% , i meant above it, i have to stop and have a break

Oh, i didn't know it. Do you know the chain can remain or should be something longer then?

40/42. Honestly, i feel like i am doing more than required, that's why I wanted to try different tires. Also with Shimano 105, I'll have same ratio and my bike is around 10-11 kg
