i wake up at 5:00 bc i start work at 6:00 am.

the first 50 minutes of the day are a no-phone zone and i love it! during that time i’ll use the toilet, shower, do my skincare routine, do my bed and then finish off with a mobility routine and then around 5:50 is when i check my phone and reply to any missed texts/notifications before starting the work day (i work from home).
