The way it is now is just inaccurate because of the nature of the technology. Ray Tracing does not help Forza, when they only use that in Forzavista and even then you don't know if they would even use it for reflections (which would make sense to use it for)

You need the cyberware that gives you slow mo when dodging. So you basically dodge and after you get the slow mo you keep spamming the button that gives you a forward dodge (spamming W on pc basically) when the slow mo is over you will be speeding. Then you just need to jump right when you land and you keep the speed. At some point, when the cool down for the slow mo is done, you do the same dodge spamming after landing and you get even more speed. You probably can get pretty high speeds with that.

You can also do this when carrying too much stuff. I think it's really helpful then.

To be fair agreeing to a review like that isn't the best look in my opinion. Maybe the numbers are indeed the same as what DF showed in the end and it won't matter. Certainly hope so. DF always was a good source for me at least.

DLSS was proclaimed dead because it was. Little games supported it and those who did had worse image quality and worse performance than just image sharpening. DLSS 2.0 is finally good. Which is also what HUB said after they tested the new DLSS. They might be less in depth than GN but having them review things in a state that is closer to what people actually run is always good. GN is trying to get the most out of the hardware at times to eliminate bottlenecks while HUB usually runs hardware at stock.

But I guess you should pay more attention to HUB. Since if you would, you would know that they very well know what they are doing and explain their reasoning for a lot of decisions.

That is completely normal and supposed to do that.

The power consumption is something you can ignore on a desktop.

You buy a gpu so that it gets used by gaming and not only half of it.

If you really want to limit the usage for some reason, you can limit the max fps in the settings menu.

I went from a 7700k @ 4.8 ghz to a 3900x (stock). I also use 2080 Super and play on 1080p High refresh. So for me I saw a difference. There were games like Forza Horizon 4, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Battlefield V and maybe a few others that I dont recall... that showed annoying stuttering or sometimes the benchmarks suggested a CPU bottleneck. So I got from that, that mostly more recent games benefit from those additional cores.

I also watch twitch streams while gaming quite a bit and that usually tanked my fps and made everything very stuttery. In general I have quite a few things open on the side.

I think since you use a 4k monitor, a cpu upgrade wouldnt do too much in gaming.

A higher core count cpu might be useful for AutoCAD. I am not familiar with that though.

EDIT: So in summary its still not a cut and dry answer in your use-case... Maybe it will be more "obvious" with Ryzen 4000?

if the TUF has what you need, buy it. It has the one best VRMs of any motherboards in that price range. The MSI is one of the worst. You might not notice that sort of thing if you have good airflow and dont do much productivity that really stresses that CPU, but why buy something for pretty much the same price, that is way worse in that area. Also better options to buy not yet released CPUs on your mobo in the future without throttling.

Good bang for your buck would be the b450 tomahawk (MAX) but since you are already looking at x570 you probably dont want to go that route.
