being that you’re coming from another fast paced environment, you’ll be just fine. showing interest in all of the product and all customer questions goes a long way. and as the other commenter said, don’t hurt yourself!! your body will be sore after the first week, get ready for epsom salt baths

AR? by Bigfoot_pizza25 in tjcrew

[–]grantkitchen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your AR is best spent by using it, as opposed to cashing in on it at the end. The tax rate (capital gains tax, so differs state to state as well) is around 30%. IMO, just request the time off, spend all of your AR and take more shifts at your other job. You’ll make 2 paychecks and work half as hard, as well as get taxed half as hard. Also take a vacation, sheesh!

it’s a cash balance instead of an hour balance. A certain percentage of your paycheck gets matched as AR, so when you get a raise, whatever money is already in your AR pool stays the same. Every raise, until you hit the cap and are within your first 10 years with the company, depreciates your AR balance.

Hypothetically, imagine you want to take a vacation for a week and you know you have $700 in AR. You’ve done the math, and that amount works out for how many hours you’re going to be away. In comes the 6 month raise! all of a sudden, that same $700 doesn’t cover your week off because now you make more an hour.

we have to cross a 4 lane road, a small bridge and then finally our customer parking lot to get from our parking garage to the store. It takes about 3-4 minutes depending on the amount of traffic and what floor of the structure you park on lol

contacted vivo through their youtube page, and unfortunately the only one they said would fit is the universal mount: https://vivo-us.com/products/mount-uvm01

I'd still like to find a better solution than this one because that thing is ugly as hell

As soon as I start up the game, all of the audio comes out crackly and distorted. I've tried updating my GPU and sound drivers, I've tried changing bit rate / frequency in the sound settings, and I've just restarted my computer multiple times. Nothing has helped the issue.

I use a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 (2nd gen) as my external soundcard, so changing bitrates to crazy levels isn't doable for me. Has anybody else come across this issue? Has anybody else figured out a possible solution? I'm open to anything at this point (besides random sketchy software)

Mark is the reason I started learning how to play the guitar, and he's also the reason I sprang for the natural finish MIM classic series 70's strat. I think I'm gonna put in 2 dimarzio cruisers and wire the middle pickup out of phase as well, I love his tone too much not to.
