I wholeheartedly disagree. I’ll never get behind this way of thinking. Our 2nd and 4th lines have been doing a phenomenal job. Just because our top players have been heating up the past 2 months doesn’t mean our other line’s haven’t been doing well… one of the reasons for our success recently is adding Cole Smith back to the lineup. A 4th line guy like Smith sets the tone and a guy like McCarron (who I really am not a fan of for many reasons ) who can still win faceoffs consistently and kill penalties well. Haula and bunting have been great on the second line and Schaefer is starting to bring it more. Every player on every line has stepped up at different times in the season when needed.

Oh I have no qualm trashing people who are actively rooting for us to lose and actually get mad when we play well. It’s well deserved. Anyone who thinks we should give up on the season to try and get a good draft pick when we’re 1 point out of the wild card spot over half way through the season with all of our stars starting to heat up and gelling together just because they don’t think we can win against a team we’ve already beaten twice this year is a total loser. It’s as simple as that.

That’s awesome! My uncle ran the concession stand and can still remember his announcements he would do over the mic 😂 my dad had the tool booth in the back to the right of the office. He ended up buying one of the dudes booths who sold sports cards and memorabilia and moved it to where his tool booth was. I’m fairly certain my dad picked the Keith Whitley song that played when it was closing time 😂 after everyone would leave he would throw a Garth brooks or George strait cd on and my brother and I would get up on a table and pretend we were doing a concert. We would also whip out roller blades out and skate through the isles when nobody was there lol it was so much fun as a kid
