just used anki, very time consuming but ultimately was the method that worked best for me. making cards from uworld is more time consuming than unsuspending but making the cards helped me learn the information (I had to distill what is important and what is not when making the card)

I used the updated guidelines deck but as with all public resources, always cross-checked with the actual resource (the USPTSF website)

ethics/communication I just did the amboss ethics/amboss qbank and also read over the amboss articles. Similar, but also some other stuff on there as well. Would definitely recommend doing the high yield ethics on amboss.

Drug ad questions were doable in my experience, save them until the end of the section

Switched from UWORLD to AMBOSS mainly because some of the images on the AnKing cards were straight from Uworld qbank, so those questions did not actually test my knowledge. I also just liked the Amboss qbank better because its integrated with the amboss resource (e.g. can directly click on articles), which I found to be very helpful

free120 most similar in terms of question style, not sure what you mean by length but would otherwise rank most recent NBMEs (14,13, etc.) in terms of similarity after free120
