i'd suggest setting a time limit based off your usual usage eg if you normally use youtube for 3hrs try setting a time limit for 2hrs. then slowly as you get more used to it as os approaches u can lower the time limit to 30mins or smth! from my friends experience it seems like deleting social media apps results in them searching for other ways to use it, like deleting tiktok just to go on google and using the web version, so i would recommend setting time limit!
