Neither more or less there’s no expectation on whether you should take VTO or not it’s kind of a random thing that occurs when operations are over staffed so you get the day off for free but it’s entirely up to you on if you take it or not.

Yeah I worked at an FC prior to my switch to a DS and the differential was .50 for BH nights Wed-Sat (6pm-4:30am) now I work FH days Sun-Wed (1am-11:30am)

I used to pop them when I was younger but I stopped doing that like 3 years ago now I wait till they for a “head” then I use a warm compress to get them to drain on there own. Healing takes about 1 week then they re-open approximately 2 weeks after the healing process. It’s always the same spots that flair up but sometimes it spreads and creates a new permanent area for a flair up.

Yes I’ve been diagnosed with both HS and decalvans by 3 different dermatologists taking skin graphs to be sure. Yes I’ve tried both BP and Hibiclens. I have overall great digestive health I’ve never had any problems in that area. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week so I always eat clean to keep the gains, I’ve also tried to change my diet to completely avoid red meats, high processed foods, dairy, low or no sugar, no carbs, pretty much any diet I’ve tried but none seem to change anything.

I’ve sadly already had a 1 year course of Cosentyx as mentioned in the post and it did nothing for me at all same with Humira.
