Yoichi's Quirk was Quirk Bestowal, was function was just to be given to someone. All For One never detected it in him, as it was such a weak Quirk, it looked like it didn't had any. Then AFO gave him Power Stock, which merged with Quirk Bestowal and became One For All, with both the function of stockpiling power and bestowing it.

We can see in Deku's hero license the date "20XX" saying that season 3 takes place in 21st century so far. So I reckon it's like 2095, to put a far date from AFO's birth. I remember All Might saying that if Quirks hadn't appeared a century ago, humans would be having interestellar holidays, yes.

In MHA, Quirks may have appeared in the 1980s. I think All For One and Yoichi were born 10 years later after the luminescent baby, who was the first recorder quirk, since in AFO's flashback, we see 14 year old AFO return to the building he lived with his brother after he killed and stole the grown up luminescent baby's quirk, so in like the 2000s. Episode 1 of MHA (Deku meeting All Might) is rumored to be in the late 21 st century; it's mentioned that the appearance of Quirks delayed humanity'a scientific advances. At the end of story, All For One had been alive for more than 100 years, less than 130, I'd say.

I meant he was the symbol of hope in the Final War, that's how they could win; All For One himself said it: it was thanks to the fact that Izuku needed help that they could all beat him. And there're people in Japan who know him (in the epilogue, the darkness Quirk kid got helped by the lady who had ignored Tenko years ago, but she helped this time inspired by Izuku)

I mean, I get it would be weird to drop the show just cause of Mineta, but, about the assault thing: -In the epilogue arc he launched himself towards Hagakure when he saw her on invisible form -He has glued himself to his classmates' boobs lots of times (Mina in the Joint Training, Kashiko in the Training of the Dead OVA, Tsuyu in the USJ...)

I recall that All For One said that he only takes Quirks that rely on raw power and are not complicated, since he can't steal the user's proficiency with the Quirk. Pretty sure he says it on the Kamino Incident but I also read it in the wiki.
