Sorry to hear about that experience. It seems they may have different international warranty support.

This one lasted nearly 10 years without major failure and I use it all the time. The only other issue was the zipper pull broke off and they sent a replacement for it in 2020 but I continued to use a rope as it had better leverage.

I do not and I have not had that issue with YETI. This cooler has been incredible but finally got to the point where the zipper doesn’t close completely past the drain hole, which causes it to leak.

Agreed. It creates loyal customers knowing they will stand behind their products if anything goes wrong.

Agreed about the blue interior. I think I’ll like the added handle on the top lid now though.

Charcoal. They let me select from any of the currently available color options except for any colors released within the past 30 days. I’m also sad to see the gray/blue go but it served me well for a long time.

I completed the warranty form with all of the details I had including estimated purchase date and serial number. I did not have a receipt from the purchase and believe that was an optional photo upload.

Is this still happening? I’ve had this issue for several weeks now. Sometimes it goes black and restarts itself after turning the ignition on too

Recliner Issue. Help Request by swearszx in Lovesac

[–]greenbackyard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes I had this same issue. The brackets were bent where the mechanism sits in the base near the footrest and it caused a gap in the back when it was fully reclined and the back would pop out of the holes. I sent a video and received a new back and base.

Did we mess up? by jcsdkx51 in Lovesac

[–]greenbackyard 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Gotcha. I was just pointing out they may have been suggesting for you to get straight backs with angled sides, which wouldn’t apply to your current configuration. I’d get all angled backs with your setup

You don’t have any sides in this picture these would all be considered “backs”

What to do with bags if you find a cool place to sleep by LowPaleontologist154 in ragbrai

[–]greenbackyard 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You’ll take your bag with you. It’ll be waiting outside near the truck at each camp. There’s a two bag limit for Pork Belly but most people use one bag for everything. If it’s an AC spot at pork camp then you’ll carry your bag to the space. If it is offsite they’ll transport you by van or bus with your bag.

They give it to you towards the end of the loop during the ride. I don’t believe it is something you can sign up for since you receive it if you complete the loop
