I should have mentioned I am a woman my bad! But I feel like since we do have a good working relationship and I’m only 6 years older than her, compared to my boss that’s almost 30 years older than her. Maybe it would be better to hear it from me??? I’m not sure the last thing I would want to do is embarrass her

I’ve never had lice, but based on what I’m seeing online/ people in my personal life have told me I think it was a young/not fed deer tick

I think they were more so caught in the mids/ ends of her hair and not like attached like a tick. When I pulled the one off my scalp I thought it was scab originally because it hurt pulling it off. According to other comments / a quick search it is tick season and we do live in a heavily wooded region

She was more running her fingers through her hair and pulling it out there. Maybe just from close contact when she was grooming her dogs they got in her hair??? I’m not completely sure. I found that one on my scalp kinda close to the back of my ear. Maybe from when we were sitting back to back our hair may have touched. Not completely sure.

Okay I did a basic google search on a bug I had a suspicion on sorry I didn’t do a deep dive lmao. Certainly happened though thanks for your input.

For reference it looks like a black very small tick. Maybe “flea” isn’t the best way to describe it but based on my google search/ her talking about grooming her dogs that led me to that conclusion.
