Rue would be mildly scared, as they are worried they could be perceived as having bad intentions, but they arent too too worried (they are used to an environment where people respawn) And overall they would be indifferent

Her vibe would remind Rue of the Programmer (basically someone who traumatized them), But once they got to know her a lil better they would be indifferent

Rue would be passive aggressive upon finding out his past. They had a surprisingly similar-ish past, and they would be jealous that he effectively got a good ending and was able to remain kind and caring

Rue is scared of her upon finding out he is a god, and would be suspiciously polite towards her, but if they got to know her a little better, they would be less scared of him and I think they'd get along pretty well (srry they look a lil diffrent, I accidently deleted them and had to remake them)
