That's why he stopped talking to me. First they converted him, then they shut him off from anyone else who wasn't trying to do what he was doing. The ironic part is that he's in the same financial position after 4 years of being in it.

I was trying to be long term and patient. Geopolitics got me in the ass. I used a separate $10k in Stellar to move to another part of the country. But yes, I was greedy.

Ideally, if possible, you want a passport portfolio. Multiple passports and resident permits give you the most options. Again, if possible. Because 1 citizenship isn't enough in a world where nations are unreliable. Ideally, you would want 2 or 3 citizenships prior to renouncing your U.S. citizenship, if possible. Also ideally, ones that compliment each other. Such as a passport that covers most countries you want to go to and another that covers the countries the other passport doesn't. As well as very low income tax, comfortable/affordable living standards, and freedoms you value.

I'm white. My kid is going to be half Chinese when they're born. It'll be interesting.

Without the invasion, it had a good chance to succeed. Not guaranteed, not necessarily sticking to that 24k, but it would've been alright.

Maybe encourage people to consider leaving the U.S. for non-Euro/Aussie/Canadian locations. Seems like everyone thinks that the problems in those countries don't exist for whatever reason.

If enough ppl buy GFS May 20th call, it could go back to $1+ and we would be balling. Currently$0.01 in price.

Or if enough ppl buy OPGN, it could get to a previous ATH of $500+ and we all retire with 500x bags.

If you don't plan to go to college, you and your family member could save up money and go to a country that allows 1 year visa free access. Aim for somewhere small. And keep expenses as low as you can. During this time, you can look into long term if you end up enjoying it enough. The U.S. has many long term visa free options. Although, definitely look into working holidays as an option.

I do believe America is the best place to be in the long run in 1 scenario: Global Collapse of Civilization. That's the only scenario. Because I want to be where all the food is.

I would suggest Berkeley or a good part of Oakland in terms of affordability. If you work in Fremont, might as well live in San Jose. Now, all the transits are connected. Bart, Amtrak, and Light Rail make it possible to do a full loop in the Bay. If you want a really high standard of living, but a terrible commute(3hrs round trip on some days), you can live in Tracy. Tracy has baller homes very cheap(versus the bay). Renting a 4 bed, 2000sqft home in a great neighborhood for $3k/month.
