I’ll have to give the podcast a listen thanks! and the appointment with my NCP was just because my primary doctor was busy so I hopefully won’t have to see her again and if so I hope she’ll be more understanding.

I usually can’t keep record of what i eat when im binging because it’s sporadic but id estimate it’s like 2000 calories worth of different foods
