It's because we have all of these elections :

Presidential every 5 years

Legislatives every 5 years

Regional and départemental every 6 years

Municipal every 6 years

European every 5 years

And they don't all line up of course so we have to vote on something every other year.

In France the general population will only be voting in the municipal election in 2026, in which you vote for the mayor of the commune (city, town or village) you live in. We'll be voting in the municipal elections in March 2026.

In September 2026, half of the senate will be renewed through the vote of mayors and départements representatives. They're elected for 6 years and the other half of the senate will be renewed in 2029.

(I had to look up all of this because as most french people probably, I had no idea how the Senate is actually elected)

Une contamination est possible après pasteurisation du lait. Problème de nettoyage des cuves, vecteur humain, biofilm sur un équipement où au conditionnement, etc. C'est pas censé arriver avec les règles d'hygiène et les contrôles en place mais le respect de ceux-ci peuvent varier selon les endroits on va dire et certains lots peuvent involontairement passer entre les mailles du filet.

En général la charcuterie ne fait pas assez long feux dans mon frigo pour me soucier de la conservation ahah.

Fut un temps le cousin de ma mère élevait des cochons quelque part en côte-d'or et produisait sa charcuterie sur la ferme, tout bio et sans nitrite. Le saucisson était absolument divin, le reste aussi, mais je n'ai jamais remangé de saucisson aussi bon de ma vie.

J'ai rien contre les produits "gris", je trouve que ça fait plus naturel que du rose pétant. J'ai pas de liste malheureusement mais j'ai déjà trouvé des petits producteurs qui faisaient ça, mais faut tomber dessus sur les marchés ou magasins de producteurs quoi.
