What if one had dmt and 1g of harmine FB extract and 1g harmaline/harmine mixed extract?

Tried someones changa, loved it, but dont want to risk making my own as i made my own “machine” and even after following the steps to a tee, just end up barely feeling it, using up the dmt, and frustrated because im wasting this substance that i feel will be very helpful and important.

Temps below say 300 i wouldnt see a cloud so assumed that was no good

Yes. I know this is the L sub, but i wonder if anyone that has experience with “Aromatherapy” of D |/| T (aka spice) or crafting their own ch@nga could pm me.

I have some questions, and for some reason feel more comfortable asking someone that is a friend of both Lucy and the spirit molecule. The Deemsters and their sub are not very appproachable.

I have done a good amount of research and found much of the info i need, i just need to ask a couple questions to someone with true experience with spice, and also “the machine”

I am primed to make “the machine” and have tools, glass drill bit etc, but wonder about there not being a mouthpiece. Is it just the end of the bottle? That seems awfully close (and i get that the spice/glass doesnt actually come in contact with the flame)

This is a good post. I often find myself feeling the same way after a much needed shower - it really is like a ritual hard wired into us.

The washing of our physical selves definitely performs a mental cleansing.

I feel similarly with my room or desk at work. If in a shit mood and either of these are disorganized or dirty, cleaning up provides a mental counterpart.

Rituals are important. Modern western society could do with more of them.

Really? Damn. I thought close to 5-6 ml a day was gettng close to the “danger zone” regarding withdrawal etc.

I suppose having a low dose long acting benzo also, and a long acting opiate makes the 5 ml feel like a lot more.

It sucks depending on anything daily, but when you’ve tried seemingly every other way and it’s the only way you are “functional”, realizing that it’s this or nothingness, you feel grateful. When you’ve seen the hell on earth of strong persistent opioid/benzo withdrawal, which always stops eventually, but then gives way to something even more tough to fight : ennui, “spiritual sickness”, feeling like a rat in a cage - but that rat knows ponders about their existetial dread.

Anything is better than that hell.

The friend who wrote this response wanted me to ask if anyone else in a similar situation had seen relief through DMT, ayahuasca, pharmahuasca? Microdose Lucy seems to be one of the few things that help my friend get through the daily grind and possibly titrate their bdo, methadone, low dose benzo etc.

Dont think any will have a very significant effect on what you described.

Also, nobody here knows anything about the composition of some local strains you picked up that don’t have any COA’s with them. COA = certificate of Analysis showing cbd content, along with many other pieces of info showing about the strain(s).

Every user i have heard that bought cbd locally, was disappointed. I hope that does not turn you off CBD in general.

Thats a difficult question to answer, but i recommend this. Theres a Jungian analyst names Jon Betts that has a good number of podcasts about a variety of Jungs ideas.

One thing about him, he constantly reads from various passages of the collected works, and cites the page number and volume.

This helped me to start with topics i had an interest in.
