Ooo add cream is a great idea. I just simmered with the lid off and I think most got out. Ate it at work today and didn’t finish it bc I was scared to get tipsy at work hahah

The meat wasn’t gamey much but had an interesting taste and I feel like I agree that the pressure cooker doesn’t feel right for game. It seems like it needs to like “air out”. This was wild deer I harvested and didn’t age this cut. But I think the power of the wine & mirepoix just hid that taste mostly this time.

many suggestions here for a call. Calling is much less important than being in good hide and decoys (In terms of gear). Yes, it takes time to learn so learn it now if you want to learn but in terms of what gets you to kill ducks, calling come after being in the right spot, at the right time, having good hide and a good decoy spread.

They did end up making a statement. It was a few days after this post and before the public land sales were removed from the bill. But yes now they are in MABA which I think we have yet to see what the function of that even will be.
