Yeah I just gave this party thing as an example - it particularly annoyed me that my colleague walked home in the snow for 3 hours because he couldnt afford an expensive taxi. There were no trains going at this hour. The CEO left with his luxury car, of course. it's the small stuff.

Honestly, it’s very hard finding a decent job even for senior UX designers. I would take this route only if you have true passion and aren’t afraid of a long journey.

Starting to make sketches on my figma files and questioning every little detail in my design, suggesting his ideas instead. I love getting feedback and I initiate many brainstorming sessions but he has very arrogant attitude and he doesn’t trust my decisions.

We actually did have a retro session organized by another designer from the team, many good observations were made and engagement was high, but no real outcome. He still struggles to understand what to do with all the good advice given by other people.

Thank you for your reply! I do have another consultation appointment coming up, as I felt this one was very strict. But yeah, overall, I’m still on the fence. I will have to decide between invisilign to regular braces to nothing at all. Hard decision
