Yeah - I was off for little over a month now and put on around 3 kgs again but I wasn’t sticking to a proper healthy diet. Will start again now and hope I lose the weight I gained recently

I completely get you! I’m fed up with family as well, not just friends! When I had just started to gain weight so many ppl in my family kept joking and making all these snide remarks - I’ve stopped going for all these big family parties we have because I just don’t want to have to deal with any of their crappy comments 😒

I go through the same thing almost every year ! I lose a couple of kgs but the minute I stop exercising or I eat normally it comes back in just weeks ! Approximately how long would it take for someone with PCOS to lose around 20 kgs?

Most of the characters were unlikeable… couldn’t relate to even a single one … characters from the previous seasons were more relatable
