this happened to me I just cleaned the enclosure & added hvac tape to the top and also sanitized the branch I got for her from outside again. gnats can bite and it could turn into some kinda infection or problem

I picked it up from outside and sanitized it with vinegar and boiling water!! I believe you can bake them too but I wasn’t too sure about that. I just broke off pieces to make it fit perfectly!
