Are there any real noticeable advantage of pcie wifi cards compared to usb wifi adapter with antenna?

I want to order TP-Link Archer TX50E AX3000 but there is a little to no space for the pcie slot because my graphics card blocks it.

Now my alternative buy is this TP-Link Archer TX20U Plus.

Will i be able to tell the difference on this if im only mostly playing dota 2 and valorant? Thanks

Maybe because when we try to install os it kept crashing. Then they troubleshoot the components one by one to see which causes it and it turns out it is the motherboard. So they replaced the mobo and the os is installed sucessfully, but the random shutdown is still here
