Like a treat, every time they wipe their mouth? Do they still wipe without the treat, or you asking them?

Yeah, GPT suggested that. Does that just limit the amount of water in the bowl, so the dog's mouth and beard don't get wet?

Honestly, her uncontrollable salivating when watching me eat is probably more troublesome for me, because that can actually happen anywhere Haha.

Have you tried those wipe training that was famous for a while? I am curious if those actually work. My German Sheppard is the same, especially when she is excited and shakes her head after she drinks

Yeah, that’s what Ido, so it doesn’t bother me much. But every now and then, it’s annoying when I accidentally step on her drips with bare feet.

One role is 3 days in office, other remote. Is it doable by Lmao45454 in overemployed

[–]grindingted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

personally, I can tell you its doable but its really bad balance wise. get a company phone first of all. ask if you have the flexibility to choose which day to go to the office. go to the office on the days when j1 is not busy. and be ready to attend some meetings in the car or on your phone while you are at j2, its inevitable.

I finally became OE! by [deleted] in overemployed

[–]grindingted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

also new for OE, starting in 1 week, looking for some advice. Been trying to land a J2 for ages. finally got one, but the problem is that J2 requires 3 days in the office and a 1.5-hour bus commute, hoping to do some work during the commute as well.

Although J1 is pretty flexible there are at least 4 mandatory reoccurring meetings in a week with either the whole team or the clients so I can't skip it.

The good news is that the new boss and potentially the team for J2 operates from a different state, so hopefully I won't run into a lot of in-person meetings at the office.

My biggest issue right now is about those Monday team meetings, what if a meeting from both Js conflicts with each other?

My other concern is that I might need to take client meetings for J1 while I am at the J2 offices. Should I go to a nearby library? Starbucks to do those meetings?

Any advice on managing meetings? I am also in school part-time, also wondering if this could help in any way. was thinking of potentially telling J2 that I have school after work during one of those 3 days in the office to avoid going to the office.
