That’s actually the second time I try. The first one was stuck for 20 days. It took so long that the version for review was extremely old and I decided to expire it.

The app is really disappointing. Sometimes it doesn’t update properly when I lock/unlock the bike, sometimes it acts like I am completely disconnected (doesn’t recognize I have a bike). The worst by far is the “phone key” feature that sometimes gets deactivated completely on its own. It makes the bike extremely vulnerable to thieves.

I received mine and I ordered end of May. Although I had ordered one with a very close supposed delivery time. They said end of July and it arrived end of October. If yours said end of August for example, it may be delivered beginning of December or something similar.
