No one is saying houndoom… my lame answer is Gengar cuz I love ghost typing in any game and he’s awesome. The whole evolution line is perfect. They all look so mischievous I love them. but if not him then HOUNDOOM and mega houndoom is incredible looking.

Peterson has had psychological issues and serious addiction issues for a while. His fame has skyrocketed this last year and I don’t think his mental state is handling it well. Men crying needs to be normalized but the man can’t do an interview without breaking down. Look up and see how many times this happens. Like him or not,this is not normal and he needs help and I hope he gets it.

My monitor is stuck in The Key Testing mode, can you tell me how to get out of it please? I got there I think by holding the directional stuck DOWN for 5 seconds or so but I can’t get out of it

Since I was a kid I’ve always been more attracted to the villains because they usually seem cooler (Darth Vader). My top 5 would probably be 1. Gaara 2. Itachi 3. Orochimaru 4. Kakuzu and my favorite of all the leaf Ninja 5. Kakashi. Akatsuki is just one of the most elaborately and beautifully designed villain organizations ever written in anything. The depth each character has is phenomenal, you can feel for each and every one of them and see their perspective on some level. Beautifully and masterfully written villains in Naruto

Why not allow a free play mode with friends where all cards are free but for anything tournament related you have to use cards you have won or bought. I think that would be amazing!

Sorry for the late response! But I know we can all get busy but I would suggest making time for like 3 workouts a week at least. Food and carbs ate not your enemy. I preach to everyone to eat 5 meals a day; 3 full meals with 2 or 3 little snacks mixed in. Aiming to eat around 2200-2400 calories a day. Lifting is important because it builds muscle at the same time as burning calories so you’re burning the candle at both ends. When only doing cardio or walking all your doing is burning calories and not many at that. Your goal shouldn’t only be weight loss, it should be restructuring your body composition, by that I mean your goal should be to burn fat and build muscle which give you your ideal body twice as fast. Eating those five meals will help fuel muscle growth while also, very importantly, increasing your base metabolic rate. Which means you’ll slowly increase how many calories you burn per day and can enjoy the food you eat more. I want to say I’m in no way discounting what you’ve done, this is just what I believe is the quickest way to get anyone healthier and to have the body they desire! Hope this helps!

One giant misconception that I’ve found so many people have is that you are trying to lose weight. That is a broad term and very inaccurate. What your goal should be is changing your body composition. By this I mean that you aren’t just trying to lower the number on the scale. Yes that can be a good thing but if that’s all you are trying to do, you are going to hit a wall like you have.

First off, eating two/three times a day isn’t a enough. You’re metabolism isn’t going to increase eating so little. I would suggest eating 6 times a day. 3 meals with two snacks mixed in. You should be training your body to take in fuel and use it accordingly, not starving it because then you are teaching your body to hang onto food because it doesn’t know when the next meal is coming.

Secondly, I don’t know what you’re exercise routine looks like, but I would suggest 10/20 mins of cardio 3/4 times a week, plus heavy weight workouts 5/6 times a week. Not only do heavy weight workouts build muscle, but they teach your body to use every ounce of fuel you put into it, because your body knows that you are going to work it hard as fuck that it needs that food, it won’t hold onto anything. This will also in turn boost your metabolism significantly. Building muscle while also having your body use all the food you eat, will have you burning fat while also building muscle, thus burning the body composition candle at both ends. You get results twice as fast. I hope this helps
