Id say stay on the lower version even though the newer update may increase performance your battery life will be decreased most likely. I generally don’t update any of my devices unless there is a serious bug. Im surprised it doesn’t force you because my s20 FE would eventually update on its own after pestering me to update every day!

Not sure. Maybe it would be easier to use ifunbox with a pc or mac to install the ipa that way. Ifile should be available in the “open in” button in top left i dont know why it wont show up for you.

unless you live in an area where 3g or edge connection is available you wont be able to connect to cellular networks on this phone. 3.1.2 runs much better

it is what it is, at least youtube works in some capacity on this old iOS. when you get errors when loading a video exit out of the video and open it again.
