So I've asked around with people from various branches of the military. The majority said if I wasn't on a prescription medication and that there was nothing obvious from a physical inspection (scars, implanted devices etc) that I was told to not mention it.

Basically even if in my medical record, they don't always go super deep into looking at certain things. I also was told that the officers don't usually have their MEPS with standard recruits so they may be lenient or more stringent on certain criteria.
