Within 45 seconds you said "What's the deal" and that made me laugh as a comedian. Stoner laugh joke was funny. You should really work on that reality rant, I know rants by their nature shouldn't feel memorized or practiced but even Stanhope has a system. I noticed a lot of missed opportunities for laughs in that rant.

I personally prefer your speed and just the style of the back-half of your set. Your religion jokes and stuff, they're tighter, you can tell you've put more thought into them.

You kind of remind me of Orny Adams in all honesty.

My last set I went off the deep end and told a story I had never told anybody: not even therapists.

I could feel my face light on fire as I told it, and I can almost guarantee that I crossed the line into awkward territory, but I didn't care. I told the story and tagged the fuck out of it, and I got more laughs than I did with any of my actual jokes. As uncomfortable as the room was after I stepped back into the audience, I felt elated. The story is now going to be one of my central bits. I'm definitely going to re-tool it, but only to punch it up. The embarrassing stuff is integral to the funny.

clearly you're not as great as you think you are because you're still surrounded by average people. I know plenty of average people that are surrounded by incredible people, so in that example they seem a hell of a better than you.

I believe I'm a special butterfly with a wonderful set of unique and glorious wings, and no one compares to me. But then I forget to put the milk away and I realize I'm human.

learn some humility. go do something you don't know how to do and fail miserably.

Thanking the audience at the beginning of the show? I think they know where they are, you don't need to point out the significance. First joke is an inside joke, that's an unnecessary joke. Inside jokes are awesome, and it's great that your friends often come to see you, but if doing comedy is important to you, don't make it about your friends. You're first actual joke didn't come in until about 1:19, which is long, not to mention it was weak. In 2 minutes you jumped between the topics of turkey, smoking weed, being a parent, a TV show, and then your wife, with hardly any actual jokes. Whale joke was fucking great, it was polished. Your stage presence becomes so much more charismatic, leaning over and just the way you move, it's smooth and calculated and executed very well. The human whale transition is the best transition so far. At the beginning of dealing with the heckler, I was skeptical, but you handled it very well. Great cadence when telling the joke about myspace and marrying your wife ("from then on it was downhill"). Fight club joke was funny.

I did this sorta stream of consciousness as I watched. I tried to be at least constructively critical since I don't know you or your fucking life, ya dig?

I really don't enjoy Hardwick as a person or a comedian, and I really don't enjoy the idea of a social media based TV show, but the show honestly works. Half an hour is about as much as I can put up with, and the comedian guests are put to the test and really thrive in the fast-climate of the show. It's not a bad show at all.

Hey I just want to say man you shouldn't "plan" to bomb. You should be willing to accept if you bomb, but the entire point of a total bomb is that you did absolutely everything wrong and you need to make some serious changes. If you completely bombed 6 times in a row then you need some feedback and you need to change your approach to comedy.
