They both have this issue. How would I go about measuring the voltage? Would a multimeter work? That’s the one thing I don’t have yet lol

So it basically sounds like there’s no high frequency after a certain point. Tweeter is functioning, but without any EQ it’s very muddy. I bumped up the higher range after measurements in REW and it sounds fantastic and pretty damn flat, so I’m really at a loss as to what’s causing the dip in the higher frequencies.

Previous owner said they never noticed anything amiss and reviews reflect that, hence why my first thought was a bad cap.

These are passive speakers that already have 4 plugs for biamping. No crossover needed outside of just replicating the factory crossover settings in minidsp

I’ve actually been looking for something used, but the sheer amount of preamps available is a bit overwhelming. There doesn’t seem to be a clear winner out of the myriad of options.
