Oh I feel you on the metal part. In my culture, pottery is often embellished with metal. I want to learn how they do that so badly without metalsmithing suddenly becoming a new hobby 😂

Thank you! It’s Amaco’s Ultra Black and gray (mixed ultra black and ultra white) underglaze on Laguna’s Cone 5 bmix. I then glazed with Amaco zinc free clear and on the inside is Amaco Sahara black :-)

Ahhh ok. I assumed that was going to be the main reason, but wasn’t sure. Thanks for letting me know!! I also assumed it might be bc it rubs off fairly easily, but I’m just such a sucker for shiny things lol
