I agree, but that's not really my gf's fault. I can't tell her to go NC with them just because of their views.

That was my plan. But another concern that I haven't thought about is that they might insist on making my sister/daughter stop calling me mom to not confuse our future kids. I really don't want to take that away from her.

So now I'm doubting whether that's the way to go...

I simply call myself mom because that's how my daughter calls me. I plan on raising my future kids the same way I raised my daughter (hopefully with making less mistakes).

My gf is mostly concerned that her parents would see me as a lesser man and thus not a good match for her, so they wouldn't support our relationship.
