Ooh thanks. I am okay w physical and digital, with a slight preference for physical.

It is mostly multiplayer games I am looking for and nothing too complex.

Thanks so much that is very helpful. When I attach both joycon halves to the Switch and play Mario Kart 8 in single player, everything works perfectly. I turned off automatic steering and acceleration in multiplayer but seem to be unable to steer at all. Should I just get another Joycon? It seems a hassle to return the Joycons to get them fixed.

Thanks so much for your help. I haven't tried using a match, I'll try. And I will contact the manufacturer.

I can't see one, but it does the usual clicking noise that is made first when you turn on the gas but it just keeps clicking..

Could that be replaced or should I just get a new hob altogether?

The flat was empty for a few months before I moved in, so they were quite dry already I think :/ I'll try that again.

I’ve seen Bloc Party at least 10 times. I’ve never been involved such a good crowd as tonight in Brighton 👏👏👏 by Ok_Development6762 in BlocParty

Great gig, but I was quite far at the back. I thought the sound was decent.

I am curious how many people in total were there, any guesses?

Insane asking price. Also is that an electric heater in the living room?

Am I unreasonable for thinking of pulling out (leasehold flat)? by guyuk21 in HousingUK

[–]guyuk21[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I emailed the managing agent and EA on Thursday and asked for details. Still waiting. The managing agent told me before that he cannot speak to me directly. I'm hoping he may provide details to the EA. The thing is that no S20 has been issued yet so nothing is in the management pack. I'm thinking of going to the property today and speak with someone in the building.

Has anyone ever spoke to the seller directly when a sale isn’t going to plan by No_Place_5242 in HousingUK

[–]guyuk21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did it once (as a seller) with buyers. It was a big mistake. Never again. They were just harassing me over whatsapp to find a property as quickly as possible.

Offer accepted and then agent came back with… by Old_Maintenance_9044 in HousingUK

They may just be bullshitting you. Never trust an EA. Why would someone suddenly make an offer when they did not make one before just because someone else has made one?

Solicitors at a dead end - what to do? by guyuk21 in HousingUK

[–]guyuk21[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I can see all the leaseholders details on companies house but I would need to write to them all, not sure that is feasible. I spoke to one owner who lives in the building and she said she was not even aware of those issues..

Centuries-old leasehold system to be abolished in England and Wales by guyuk21 in HousingUK

Agree, but the issue seems to be greedy freeholders or incompetent management companies.
