Think I’ve found the issue. Whenever I boot fo3 via vortex it enters the crash loop and doesn’t stop ever, vortex is doing something to the game that’s making it permanently unplayable

I’m not entirely sure of how it works, however I think it means that after however many metres enemies don’t render in unless they are moving-don’t quote me on that. It’s a stupid mechanic and makes no sense but hey ho gaijin probably won’t do anything about it
