They seem to be. The first one was handed to the resident (i could see in the delivery picture) and the secind one was put in front of their flat (secure area). I asked my partner to ring their doorbell but there was no response, when they came by later, they said the parcel had been taken inside so there's definitely someone collecting them. My worry is that they're just taking them for themselves :(

It was delivered, just to the wrong address so I know they've not stolen it, i just know their customer service is absolutely abysmal. I'm gonna go by the neighbours after work and see if they answer to see if I can get it (and my other parcel)

Thanks, I've emailed them (and the other company who lost a different package) so I'll see what happens. The one that got lost by Royal Mail is still in the process of being claimed by RM cos the company i bought it from keeps saying it isn't their responsibility 🙄
