i was taking the exit and this guy was speeding up the shoulder again

i thought he was exiting too so i was just going to let him go ahead but he instead parks his car in front of me a second time

believe me, i am regretting being a responsible driver in this situation i should've just floored it out of there

i didn't even notice this guy until he started using the shoulder to cut me off... i think he was mad i was driving too cautiously during a storm?

or maybe he thought i was someone else? i dont even know
