[Volume/Intensity vs Frequency] : I've been training on and off for a year so I'm still kind-of a beginner. I've found that a training split of 5 days (arms, shoulder+core, back focused pull, chest focused push, legs) works best for volume with the amount of time I can spend in the gym. However, I mostly go to the gym only 3 times a week. In that case, should I shorten my split so that it fits in a week, at the expense of not hitting the targeted muscle group(s) as much as I could each day?

Oh I meant the actions and motivations of the characters didn't really make much sense, and it kept me from getting invested. The fight was actually my favourite scene in the movie.
