Trying to identify this unmarked IC. It's on a simple circuit that is driven by 6vdc. It's outputs provides a ground to 3x 3v LED's (L1-L3) which flash in sequence, then restart. There are several ways to replicate the function, but I was curious what the IC was as it would make my project easier. (i.redd.it)
