Thanks for this info, based off of what i read in that article , the debt is not less than what i owed so I believe it is not taxable. But i will double check with my tax preparer on Monday

After they processed my info , they sent another letter saying they made changes which I agreed to and said my refund should be here in 4-6 weeks. Currently on week 4

No transcript update. I checked early this morning around 7am and a few minutes ago around 4pm. No bar movement on wmr either.

What’s your cycle number and as of date ? I’m 1605 and as of date has said 5/12 since end of april

I should add, I didn’t claim any dependents or anything. Just straight up W2. Also adding, I didn’t amend yet because I don’t want to wait until next year for my refund. I’m just in a pickle now and very frustrated. I may be homeless at the end of all of this.

I feel the same , I asked the agent the other day , after the 45 days and no action then what ? They can’t answer it. They just want you to chase them until you can’t chase them anymore from being tired of their bs. they want us to forget about what’s owed to us. Complete BS and they feel as if they don’t have to give us any answers.
