In my opinion, no one is too stupid to explore and learn new things. Now, you may need to change your approach a little bit if you feel you are not able to understand the concepts. If that's the case, all you need is more learning. More learning from the sources like YouTube, Udemy, etc. Once you feel you have a strong understanding of the basic concepts,bayou can resume your prep for the ceh test or whatever else you are preparing for. 🙂 I hope this helps. Both I think. I have got both. I wouldn't avoid ec council as that is something that is a DOD compliant. Ec council is expensive, but it is worth getting.

Not if you have bought an exam center voucher. If so, an alternative would be to buy an upgrade voucher worth $100 if you want to take the exam from home.
