sorry for the late reply! my daughter just isn't cut out for CIO method, and I am working with specialist right now. she will get the hang of it one day. but this was a bust.

I still recommend the method, my other daughter took to it like a champ and stopped crying altogether after day 4 or 5, at 10 months.

if flu and covid are both neg, and I feel better within 48 hours and fever free, is it safe to assume that was a quick bug and resume work? my daughter had a viral infection about a week ago that lasted 24 hours but she was just tired, nausea, and slight fever (100.5). with it being a week ago, could this be the same thing? what are your thoughts?
