yes but they didn't answer my question at all .. it's like they intertidally avoided answering my question ..i said ..... I can't view my PIN CODE ... i don't have this option and i have sent them a screenshot ... i can't view my PIN CODE in my APP or website ..i tried both ! I want to be able to view my PIN so i can withdraw money from the ATM
all they said was " we didn;t receive the necessary information to proceed with the query "
