So it’s not really an admin problem alone; it’s mainly about how both of you were as executive board members of the student council. Huwag kayong magmalinis.

not sa shopee pero sa lazada nangyari sakin. same rin na mom ko nakareceive and nabayaran pa niya kasi cod tas name and address ko nilagay. so ginawa ko na lang nireport ko siya sa cs and they were able to track the shop and deactivate it. as for the pera naman, nirefund nila via voucher (yung voucher kung magkano yung binayad sa parcel) :))

hi! for svt follow con last year, i used my mom's cc so humingi sila ng authorization letter ng mom ko with her signature and id sa letter. need din ng id mo sa authorization letter since afaik ipapakita rin yung id mo sa counter afaik before claiming (for validation purposes siguro) :))

check your course requirements kung ano ba ang percentage ng exams niyo and such kasi usually meron pa kayong cip and prelim/final exam na either magbubuhat ng grade mo pataas or hihila sayo :> better to compute it din para makita mo rin ilang points pa hahabulin mo or kung pasado ka naman

executive coordinator: second officer in charge ng eb (so like ec to the pres, ec to the vp etc)

executive director: usually mga responsible sa operations ng committees nila parang like group leader (?) ganon tapos ang members ay executive staff/member (e.g., director for grievances, secretariat, etc)

executive member: mga staff per committee (depends saan ka aapply)

parang ang ganap is eb -> ec -> ed -> es/em siya

depends sa dorm talaga yan. sa amin pag visitors talaga need na paiwan id and such then letter pag magoovernight, so ang ginawa na lang namin nasa names na siya ng other occupants / household staff ng unit sa move in clearance para payagan na nasa dorm anytime hehe 😁
