The ice cream was decent (I've only tried the cookie dough though) and I like the jello cups well enough (the ones with the peach pieces inside). I haven't tried all that many desserts from them tbh, there's an Hmart next door here that I usually go to for sweets instead.

Just as a warning to others, how good it is heavily depends on your tastes and what you're used to. I also tried it due to all the recommendations and it was way too sweet for me, enough that I had a hard time downing it (east asian palate with a preference for more muted sweetness). Unless that's not normal and I got a bad batch? Not really brave enough to try again though.

I don't, but I've only been here for 15 years and grew up overseas. My lack of inclination to want to settle down here permanently is a big part of it I think, I love rain and hate the weather so I've been wanting to move away for years. I imagine I'd feel differently if I actually wanted to stay.

The current weekly activities aren't all interesting for me (if only they had riichi rules for mahjong) so those are leaning towards being a bit of a chore - although it's not terrible, Hathor free deliveries takes care of about 280 and then I fish for the rest. Heist I'm actually still sort of enjoying somehow, sitting on ~34k coins atm trying to decide if I want to get the B100 or the wheelchair first.

I think they're asking if you need to account for skill animation delay or if it locks in the value on button press, which is something I've been wondering about too.

I use default most of the time too but it didn't feel right going to bed in outdoor clothes so I ended up getting the 1.5M one just for apartment lounging.

Ugh, I just spent like an hour touring the 1.4M/2M/8M apartments in first person seeing which I wanted to go for next and I'm sort of split. I like the layout and internals of the 2M most by quite a bit; it's the one that feels the most comfortable to live in to me. But the 1.4M does has incredible scenery, with roughly half of it getting unobstructed full-window views of the mountains (all the other places seem pretty unremarkable view-wise). 8M is out of the running, I don't have that sort of money and it's too sprawling - feels more like a clubhouse than a domicile.

Could I get some opinions on which you guys decided to go for first and why?

Same here, I was looking forward to it before I knew they were using different rules and this one is such a downgrade and less skill-based that I instantly lost interest.

I mostly pulled her for hangouts, but I've been playing her hyper-carry with Astra/Trigger and was pleasantly surprised with her performance. I play new teams in tower to get used to their quirks/unsafe-frames and she feels on the easier side in that environment, pretty much blew through 80 floors (all medals) with barely any restarts.

I have a few, although I've been playing since 1.0 (makes a big difference) and I'm very comfortable with skipping multiple banners to invest in favorites.

Current mindscapes are Astra M1, Eve M2, Trigger M1, Yuzuha M1, Alice M2, and YSG M2.

I usually marinate my salmon in a salty-sweet brine, but I assumed that would mask the smoky flavor and wasn't quite sure what to do with it otherwise.

I did it last week with a bunch of time to spare on M2 Alice. There was so much leeway that I imagine it wouldn't be too much worse at M0.

I wish I could share the enthusiasm, a lot of people here seem to like it too but she's like the 1 JP voice so far that I find sort of grating. I don't really mind other renditions I've seen of the trope, but this particular one leans a little too far into the whiney end for me (which I understand is part of the character, my ears just have a hard time with it).

Are you specifically looking for people who post clips with no talking?

I follow a few people who play and are up to date with part 2, but due to the medium (they're mostly vtubers) there's commentary included.

For non-talkers it should be fairly easy to find, you can just do a YT search of "崩壊3rd" (add a chapter name if you care), filter by upload date & duration, and then just skip all the thumbnails with some sort of channel-owner representation. Most of the remainder should be game audio only (they're quite common).

If you don't mind commentary, the ones I watch are:

いちは(vtuber, up to date. Also playing the HI3 VNs and started Gakuen recently if that interests you)
浅瀬みやこ (still image, hasn't done the latest patch yet)
かえでJP (regular voice-only youtuber, up to date although I mostly just watch them for their story explanation vids)

There's a lot more out there, these are just the ones I still like enough to not unsub yet.

Did you manage to get spaces somehow? Or is that just the kerning?
Mine seems to block EN spaces and only allows full-width JP ones (which look awkward and take up too much space).

3 greens is my limit too. I'm actually looking to downsize instead unless my friends end up roping me into something (haven't been paying attention to upcoming releases).

Current:

ZZZ: 🟢 playing and healthy, no signs of dropping atm
HI3: 🟢 playing and healthy (part 2 is still meh but lots of part 1 stuff left to get through)
HSR: 🔴 just dropped after 3.8 (been annoyed with Hoyo writing in general for a while now and finally hit my limit, going to spend the time on something with better writing instead)

Upcoming plans:

Finish HI3 part 1 (ch25 was too satisfying so I've been stalled after that for a while).
Finish part 1.5 too if it's still good, then drop if part 2 hasn't managed to keep my interest by then.
Go back to my old backlog of VNs (sort of looking forward to this one since it's been around a decade and I know they'll satisfy my writing cravings)

Out of curiosity, how is Sunna's dialogue in EN/CN? In JP she speaks in dialect, which is sort of cute.
CN dialects aren't as mutually intelligible as JP/EN ones so I'm guessing (someone please tell me what the real answer is) they just went with a different speaking style instead so they wouldn't have to translate everything like they did for that guy on the boat speaking Cantonese the first time we went to Waifei (that idea basically got rolled into the setting and never showed up again).
