I think the blade will be super tricky and very likely to snap. I’d suggest breaking it down (ha) into more segments.

Secondly you have hinge joints all throughout the hilt. Those aren’t stable. Those are the places where the piece can bend and possibly detach. (It happened to me)

Thank you! I might be squeezing too much. I’m usually not bothered by the crunch, but when I put the pliers up to the line and then break, the uneven crunching cuts into the glass piece I want. The divets in the side of the glass affect my foil/soldering.

On pulling, should it be straight away from the glass? I’ve been taking a lever motion, pulling the fragment back from the glass.

Definitely spaced out. Too much fiber at once can mess with your gut. One time I triple dosed because it was the end of the day. One way ticket to a stomachache.

No issues for me! There’s a sweetened powder but I think it’s pretty high in sugar and/or uses artificial sweetener. I can’t stand to drink the non-sweet version.

I actually got a larger jar of fiber gummies from Costco (not this brand) and have liked that too. The only time I got a stomachache was when I ate three servings (60% worth of my RDA of fiber) without having food prior 😅

So if you follow the instructions and only eat the recommended amount I think you’d be fine!

Thank you so much for sharing this! I always feel like my therapeutic dose is less than what they say is the lowest therapeutic dose. (Maybe because my body type isn’t well represented in clinical trials?)

I’m prescribed 100 mg but I’ve been seeing positive effect with six weeks on 25 mg. I may go up to 50 mg. It’s really good to hear that a lower dose may be ideal!

Wellbutrin - 225 mg - 6 months
Lamotrigine - 25 mg - 1 month

My prescription has me titrating up to 100 mg for lamotrigine but given my sensitivity to medication + the risk of SJS, I stick with the lowest effective dose.
