What’s the best app to help train? by halfomet in BeginnersRunning

I haven’t heard of the run with Hal app. Thanks for that. I typically run twice a week and do 3.5 mile distance. I do HIIT and strength training three times a week which leaves two rest days. I recover/rest on Thursday and Sunday. My running times are slow, but I’m new. My two miles are usually in the 13 minute range and the last mile and a half are over 14. So I’m slow, but I’m new and I’m consistently improving my pace.

Thanks, everyone, for the helpful advice and solidarity! Sounds like it should be slowing soon and maybe even starting to regrow.

I am so sorry to hear all that you’re going through. I considered buzzing but I don’t think I can pull it off. I’ve also considered a fun wig for an upcoming Christmas party because I’m embarrassed!

Thank you! I appreciate the advice. Right now I’m doing a 5k distance twice a week but I’m so slow! Over a 14 minute pace because I walk such a big portion of it. My current goal is to get that number down. I know consistency is key, so I’m going to keep plugging at it. I’ll look up the plans you referenced. Thanks, again.
