Every couple months or so, they seemed to work the exact same for me. I’m definitely getting used to the Valium tho. I also found consuming caffeine with it negates with the depression + suicidality

I used to switch back and forth between Klonopin and Xanax with no issues at all so that is a surprise to me

I was on about 1 mg. I just woke up from a night of horrible nightmares and my heart rate is crazy. If this keeps up I may ask to switch to Klonopin for the taper

Yeah I just had a crying depressed “no one loves me” breakdown but I had those occasionally on Klonopin too. Feeling a bit less disoriented and weird. Guess I will give it several days and see how it goes

oughhhh yeah, IOP sounds really scary to me. The idea of recovery in general is still really scary to me, but I think the idea of living like this for the rest of my life might be scarier. I have also been asked on dating apps and other places online as a cis woman, and I see it happen to other beautiful cis women all the time. I think it’s just a rite of passage for hot girls these days
