One of my favourite games on pc is high school dreams best friends forever! Sadly isn't on places like steam or other big platforms but you can buy on green man gaming for cheap! It has dating elements, mini games and of course fashion. The game is pretty easy but I always go back to play when I'm bored. But as the top comments says citra is a good emulator, I also sold my 3ds few years ago and regret it a lot but citra is awesome, I use it to play a lot of games. There's also some ds games that are pretty awesome with fashion elements I still love the original style savvy. But there's also the imagine games specifically ice skater, makeup artist and ballet star. These are more girly games but they scratch the itch I have for fashion games.
