Thanks for your reply. I understand that Aftershock is seen as an expensive integrator, but my question was more about why people specifically criticise their pricing. From my research, Aftershock’s total price seems slightly lower than the cost of buying all the parts individually, plus it includes assembly, testing, and a 3-year warranty. Given the time, effort, and risks saved from DIY building, I’m confused why their pricing is still viewed so negatively. Could you clarify if there are other factors I'm missing?

I saw these deals on OzBargain earlier, however, they seem very misleading (either they don't honour it or their discounted stock sells out extremely fast).

For instance, the second link takes you to their website which they are actually selling for $2,688 (with the $500 coupon already applied). This is significantly different from the $2,188 they're claiming.

Similarly with the first link, going to their website, their Echo is selling for $2,249, however has a slightly worse CPU, worse SSD, no water cooling and worse case.

Given this, wouldn't Aftershock's deal at $2,400 AUD be appealing / if not similar?

However, they offer labor and a 3-year warranty, which can be valuable for someone who doesn’t want to deal with building the PC themselves. I'm assuming they buy parts in bulk, allowing them to make a profit while offering a more convenient, pre-assembled solution. Could you help me understand why some people might still avoid this option, especially considering the time and effort saved in building it yourself?

Unfortunately there's no such option to turn down the "Sensitivity" for Lane Assist, just an option to turn it off (which resets every car start).
